You may request a return within 7 days of delivery for unused, unopened products in their original packaging with all included accessories. Please email us for approval before sending any item back; returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted. Buyers are responsible for return shipping, original shipping fees are non-refundable, and a 20% return handling fee is deducted from approved refunds. Approved refunds are issued within 7–10 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Provided these cosmetic variations do not affect gameplay, durability, or normal use, they are not considered product defects.
